If you have asked to be paired in the dorm with another person, please confirm with your roommate that they have also sent in their form with your name on it so that you will be matched. Fees include all costs for tuition, housing, and meals. (Commuter option includes tuition, lunch and a camp T-shirt.) An acceptance letter and detailed camp information will be mailed out after receiving your application and initial payment. There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Daily Class SchedulesJunior Music Clinic Sample Day 7-8 am Breakfast (residential campers only) Residential campers only 4:30 pm Recreational activities with counseling staff Class DescriptionsBand, Orchestra or Choir—Two rehearsals a day performing with other young musicians. Final performance for family and friends on Saturday morning, June 21 between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. Sectionals—A chance to polish music rehearsed in the major concert organizations in groups of similar instruments or voices. Instrument or Voice Group Lessons—Performers who are specialists in voice or on specific instruments are hired to help with practical advice on technique, tone, warm-ups and style. Choir Students: Sightsinging or Rhythms—Singers may choose a class in either sightsinging for interval recognition or rhythm skills. Band or Orchestra Students: Choir for Instrumentalists or Music Expressions —Students have the chance to sing in a choir or take a listening course that samples musical styles and trends. Arts in Performance—Guest artists perform dance, theater and music in a variety of traditions. Class Choice—See application panel (Application and schedule grid pdf) for listing of options.
