Wisconsin Women-Specific Substance Abuse Treatment Centers and Services.

What is this directory?

This directory is a publication of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wisconsin Women’s Education Network on Addiction, Recovery & Prevention (WWEN), a non-profit organization. The WWEN Project provides training, technical assistance and networking to reduce stigma around the issues of women, alcohol and other drugs. The project, started in January 1997, is funded by the Bureau of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Department of Health and Family Services. The directory's list of women-specific Wisconsin treatment centers can also be found on this page. The information was obtained directly from the various treatment centers. The centers are arranged according to regions within the state and alphabetically therein.
