The Perceptual Thinking Patterns™ model is a concrete tool that can help you learn, process and communicate more effectively in the world. The principles of the model are easy to understand and are immediately applicable in the workplace and in the home.
Individuals receive and express information in different ways. As a result, many miscommunications occur at work and within our intimate relationships. These miscommunications may and often do lead to conflicts and deep hurts.
Vida Groman has been a trainer, consultant, intuitive counselor, and life coach for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include conflict transformation skills, communication, PTP™, diversity issues and life visioning.
Denise Jess has been a trainer, consultant, facilitator and writer for the past decade in the areas of communication, team building, conflict transformation, diversity issues, PTP™ and program and curriculum design.
Vida and Denise use a variety of approaches to design dynamic and practical learning experiences for a wide-range of audiences including businesses, government agencies, schools, college and university settings, non-profit agencies, healthcare and social service organizations. Denise and Vida enjoy working collaboratively with clients to support them in attaining their goals and living their lives more fully.
"I am able to communicate so much more effectively with everyone. It is like suddenly being able to speak the language in a foreign country."

"It was awe-inspiring to see myself and others learn about ourselves and change - truly change - based on this newfound information and skills."
~ Lynette Dornik, National Sales Business Manager, Lands End Business Outfitters
