About the training:

Learn practical, applied skills and techniques for promoting programs, ideas, causes or changes in behavior —how to reach, inform, motivate or persuade, especially in regard to health, safety, environmental education and community-building. Other training topics include: customer service for public service organizations, marketing for non-profits, plain language and literacy, health and people with developmental disabilities, journalism and media literacy for youth, creative outreach for continuing education.
