General Information
Fees and discounts:
+ See registration form for fee breakdown (including student fees). Fees include
instruction, materials, breaks, continental breakfast, and continuing education
credits. In an effort to keep registration fees down, lunches
are no longer included.
+ Early Registration Fee: If registering before September 14, take advantage of the registration fees listed on the registration form. If registering after September 14, add an additional $25 to registration fee.
+ Group Discount: Agencies sending five or more employees, may take advantage of the per person group registration fee. To receive the group discount all registration forms must be sent in the same envelope, faxed at the same time, or all phoned in at the same time to receive the discount. No exceptions.
Confirmations:
All registrations are confirmed in writing. Please do not assume you are registered unless you have received a confirmation, and be sure to check the dates you are registered to attend. If you do not receive a confirmation, call 800-725-9692.
Cancellation policy:
If you are not able to attend or arrange for a substitute, you may obtain a refund minus the $20 administrative fee by contacting our registration department at least 3 business days prior to the program. If you cancel 3 business days or less before the program, or do not attend, you are responsible for the entire fee. To cancel or arrange for a substitute, please call 800-725-9692.
Pre-registration for Pre-Conference, Institute and/or Workshops
Please indicate on the registration form the institutes and/or workshops you plan to attend. We cannot guarantee you a space in the sessions you select, but this will let us know which sessions will have more attendees so that we can schedule them in larger meeting rooms.
Smoke free:
This is a smoke free conference.
Book sales:
