General Information

Confirmations
Registrations are confirmed in writing. Do not assume you are registered unless you have received a confirmation. Be sure to check the dates for which you are registered. If you do not receive a confirmation, call 800-725-9692.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend or arrange for a substitute, you may obtain a refund minus the $50 administrative fee by contacting our registration department at least three business days prior to the program. If you cancel three business days or less before the program, or do not attend, you are responsible for the entire fee. To cancel or arrange for a substitute, call 800-725-9692.

Pre-registration for Institutes and/or Workshops
Indicate on the registration form the institutes and/or workshops you plan to attend. We cannot guarantee you a space in the sessions you select, but this lets us know which sessions require larger meeting rooms.

Fees:

See registration form for fee breakdown. Fees include instruction, materials, continental breakfast, breaks, and continuing education credits. To keep registration fees down, lunches are not included. See the registration page for details on how to register.

Early Registration Fee

If registering by February 27, take advantage of the registration fees listed on the registration form. If registering after February 27, add $50 to the registration fee.

Group Discount
Agencies sending five or more people may take advantage of the per person group-registration fee. To receive the group discount all registration forms must be sent in the same envelope, all faxed at the same time, or all phoned in at the same time. No exceptions.

Win Two days of free registration to the 2010 Eastern Conference on Child Sexual Abuse

Simply include your e-mail address on the registration form, and complete the online conference evaluation following the conference and you will be entered in a random drawing to win two days’ free attendance to next year’s conference. Names and e-mail addresses are neither sold nor distributed to any other organization.

Smoke Free
This is a smoke free conference.

Book Sales
A book vendor will sell books each day at the conference.
