Diversity and Cultural Competence
New insights and sustainable change only occur when people have an opportunity
to interact in an environment that fosters openness and respect. We believe
in creating a safe learning community where people can be themselves
and
do their best learning.
Our approach emphasizes self-reflection, dialogue, action, and fun.
Because we use process-oriented, interactive teaching methods, our
workshops have
an enrollment limit of 24.
