Individual CPM classes are open to all public managers; you need not be a candidate in the certificate program to attend.

  • Phase II contains 7 required management core courses and 15 management electives in organizational management, personnel management, public policy, quantitative methods and resource management. It concludes with a take-home review.
  • Phase III brings together training from the previous phases in case studies, a simulation, an applied project and leadership seminar.
