This is an adult continuing education resource that provides dedicated seminars, bibliographic information, web links and consultation for professionals in health and human services who are working in the field of aging, long-term care and case management. The Case Management Certificate Series:

The Case Management Certificate program is a continuing education training series for professionals in the field of aging and long-term care that provides two levels of certificates: introduction to case management and advanced case management. Participants who complete the certificate I and II requirements will receive 1.) the Introduction to Case Management Certificate and 20 continuing education hours 2.) the Advanced Case Management Certificate and 25 continuing education hours. All seminars are open enrollment and are held at the Pyle Center on campus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This Case Management Certificate series in Aging and Long-Term Care is developed and coordinated by Suzanna Waters Castillo, PhD, Faculty Associate for the Department of Professional Development and Applied Studies (PDAS) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, scastillo@dcs.wisc.edu.
