How to Register - 2 steps
For this event there is no online registration. Please phone, fax, or mail.
Step 1. Decide on all workshop selections (see handy Workshop Choices Menu), plus other options listed on the registration form.
Step 2. Phone, fax, or mail:
Phone: then call 608-262-7942 (7 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday). Send your check later, or pay by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or purchase order.

Conference tips
Rosters are not issued. Bring your business cards!
Because of privacy issues, we can’t give out rosters with addresses and phone numbers of conferees.
Your conference packet—good stuff!
All handouts for each day are in your packets. If you miss something you still get the handouts at no extra charge. Please note that we do not tape-record sessions; bring a buddy and split up to take notes to share later. Tape recorders cannot be used without permission of instructors.
Sorry, but handouts for Saturday and Sunday workshops will not be in Friday’s packets. You must enroll in those days to receive the additional materials.
Is this your first conference? Tips for “working the conference.”
Be bold and introduce yourself to those sitting next to you. It might be an editor, or a writer in your genre. Feel free to talk with a guest speaker or agent in the hallways; they’re here to meet you. Find a good book to take home—books by the speakers and many others. Our store contains one of the best collections of how-to writing books you’ll ever find. The bookstore also serves as your lounge or place to connect with people; feel free to hang out there.
