Jacque Troy joined the staff at Milwaukee Chamber Theatre in the fall of 2006 and has enjoyed the unique opportunity to indulge both her passion for play script analysis and education. She chose the University of Iowa for her undergraduate degrees in Theatre Arts, Communication Studies and Secondary Education, motivated specifically by the nationally-renowned Iowa Playwrights Workshop. This defining experience awakened her love for examining and developing new plays. In addition to over twenty years as a theatre educator in a variety of settings, Jacque has enjoyed a vital acting career. Since arriving here in 1997, she has acted with many of Milwaukee’s best known theatre companies; most recently The Tempest for Optimist Theatre, Duet for One at Milwaukee Chamber Theatre and Pride and Prejudice at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. She returns to the MCT stage next spring in Bus Stop.
