Math and science programs include:
- Independent
Learning - mathematics: Courses in mathematics and statistics allow
you to learn at your own pace and convenience. Enroll anytime! Courses
are available in Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Calculus, Linear
Algebra, and Finite Mathematics.
- Independent
Learning - sciences: Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of studying
at home. Correspondence courses in agriculture, astronomy, botany, chemistry, forestry, geology, meteorology,
and physics. Receive detailed feedback and your instructor's undivided
attention through mail-in assignments.
- Online mathematics courses: Applications
of Integration and Calculus of Transcendental
Functions are available as online noncredit courses that you
can complete at your own pace. These courses cover the more advanced
material taught in the 5-credit Calculus 221 at UW-Madison. They are
intended for students who have completed a less comprehensive Calculus
I course (typically a 3 or 4-credit course).
