The WRAP Award Winners
Shirley R. Volkening "Elliot" - pastel "Elliot is my daughter's cat. Doing a pastel portrait of Elliot was one of the goals I set when I began working in pastel in 2006. I worked on white paper using soft pastels and pastel pencils. After the WRAP State Exhibit, the portrait will be sent to Elliot's home in Boston."
