Helen Croft (608) 988-4331"Spirit of King Louis" - high fire stoneware "Forming clay - with its endless possiblities - into utensils, bowls and sculptures is a very rewarding media. The complex challenge of the processes - drying, glazing and repeated firings produces intrigue with its endless possibilities."King Louis" was a visitor to our home on numerous occasions and often assumed this relaxed and unassuming pose. Working in a variety of mediums - watercolor, oils, acrylics and clay - refreshes my energies and further increases my desire to create."
