What Tony says about his teaching style:

"I love teaching and sharing my educational experiences with my students -- whether they are in Madison or Mexico, or Italy. I teach art preservation and heritage care all over the world and have been a successful grant writer in the arts for nearly 2 decades.

"My natural inclination is to share my experiences with my students and colleagues. I'm always trying to find ways to incorporate my students into my heritage and culture projects.

"My philosophy of teaching is to help people connect with their history and art and to teach them about heritage preservation through example. I have a practical sense in my work and utilize local and global examples to help people connect. I also do career counseling so that people can find a path to career happiness and personal satisfaction. It's a type of ministry work. "
