This timely 5-part series scheduled just before the 2014 election will focus on the history of Wisconsin voting, elections, and voters from 1848 to today. We will look at Wisconsin electoral history from the adoption of the Constitution in 1848 to the 1890s; the LaFollettes and their electoral worlds from the late 1880s to 1946; and current electoral patterns in Wisconsin.
