Passport Series: Italian culture and language for travel
Whether you’ve been there or always dreamed about going to Italy, this two-part workshop gives you the skills and confidence you need for successful cross-cultural interactions. The Mediterranean lifestyle

Start the New Year eating the traditional 12 grapes in the Mediterranean sea. This two-week hands-on experience explores the Mediterranean’s ancient cultures, cuisine, music, and art. Cook paella, pick Valencia oranges, and go to the Alicante fish market auction. Take part in Barcelona cultural events and a cruise to Palma de Mayorca, where you are surrounded by warm waters, white sand beaches, and tropical trees (palm, aloe, orange, lemon, fig, pomegranate).
