DRAMA INSTITUTE FOR THEATRE AND CLASSROOM EDUCATORSDirecting techniques for classroom and stage: master class with APTFor the first time this summer, one week of Drama Institute will be held on the grounds of American Players Theatre (APT) in Spring Green. This dynamic, hands-on Institute presents practical exercises to sharpen your directing skills in the classroom and on stage. Throughout the week, guest artists provide a behind-the-scenes look into the production process. The $70 materials fee includes tickets to three productions. Instructor: Kathy Hiteman Stage craft and productionThis course offers an incredible opportunity to master practical management and construction methods for any scene shop and production season. Learn expedited processes of scenery and prop construction, CAD basics, and safe systems of rigging and moving those designs to improve the overall look of your production. The $45 materials fee includes wood, Luan, rigging materials, welding supplies, and handouts. Instructor: Chuck Mitchell Presentation results for individualsBusiness professionals are expected to be confident and engaging when in front of an audience of one or 100.
