Divorce mediation unit 1At this two-day workshop you learn the principles of the mediation process and the skills and techniques needed to help individuals resolve conflict cooperatively. Unit 1 covers basic techniques, understanding conflict and diagnosing disputes, and developing skills for resolving conflict. Completion of both units meets the required 25 hours of mediation training for Wisconsin Chapter 767. You are encouraged to take both units. Instructor: Ann L. Page ONLINE/ANYTIME Mediation techniques for managing conflict: introductory self-studyIn this online self-study course you explore the nature of conflict and basic mediation techniques to more effectively resolve disputes of all types, work-related and personal. You learn about interest-based negotiations as well. All course information and quizzes are contained on the course Web site.
