Join us on our 32st UW-Madison medieval study tour.
Plans are underway for our 32nd medieval study tour. This year’s focus is on the rich history and art of the great medieval cathedrals, monasteries, castles, and towns of Alsace and the Rhine Valley. The tentative itinerary includes visits to: Strasbourg, Colmar, Freiburg, Maulbronn, Riquewihr, Haute Koenigsbourg, Andlau, Mont St-Odile, Trier, Worms, Eberbach, Bingen/Eibingen, Maria Laach, Eltz, Marksburg, Aachen, and Cologne.
This continuing education seminar is open to anyone interested in this history
program and is not restricted to University of Wisconsin graduates or Wisconsin
residents. Participants enjoy a wide variety of scheduled visits, tours, etc.,
but also have free time to pursue their individual interests. University credit
can be arranged on request.
