Swedish Language & Culture
“The Swedish have given us, and are still giving, works of such outstanding value, that knowledge of it will soon form part of the equipment of any man calling himself well-educated.” ~ André Gide
Are you interested in understanding a people with a high ecological consciousness, who are advocates of equality, technologically ingenious, highly literate, and invented the smörgåsbord?
The Swedish language is simple and many words are immediately recognizable for English speakers. Learning it will open doors to the charms of Scandinavia’s civilized citizens and cities. In our Swedish program, you take advantage of small and intimate classes taught in a relaxed learning environment.
