The WRAP Award Winners
Tom Gilbert "Over the Ridge Top" - oil "After taking Jonathan Wilde's plein air painting class and having the opportunity to watch him paint, I decided to strive for more expressive brushwork. This painting represents my first studio experiment attempting this. The painting based on a photograph taken while wandering around on a beautiful fall day at Interstate State Park on the St. Croix River."
