Cindy Plant (715) 842-9550"Seasonal Transitions" - watercolor and aquarell "While observing this little gold finch sitting on the seed head of a purple cone flower in our garden last fall, I noted that as Autumn changes into Winter, so does life go through a process of transition. The bird's bright, lively, yellow plumage had softened to a quiet olive shade, and the beautiful purple coneflower had gone to seed and turned brown in readiness for the approaching Winter."
