Present: Katy Duren, Miranda McClenaghan, Martin Rouse, Christina Finet, Antonio Noguera, Alan Ng

  • Agenda: create survey of DCS personnel about new vice provost/director position

    The group met at the Middleton Building and worked on a survey of division personnel soliciting input on what staff thought were most important attributes for the new Vice Provost for Lifelong Learning/Direction of the Division of Continuing Studies. Katy recused herself for discussion since she is on the Search and Screen team. The rest of the group agreed to finish refining the survey and draft cover letter by e-mail after the meeting, and submit the survey at the end of the day with responses due at midnight on Sunday March 18. Miranda and Alan will do follow up analysis and present to division S&S team members on Tuesday for the afternoon meeting of the entire S&S team.

  • All other items of business were put on hold until the next meeting. Meeting adjourned at noon.
