CASI Minutes

January 2008

We reviewed the welcome letter and packet for Marv incuding the following: welcome letter with invitation to a CASI meeting, summary of DCS staff survey results on what is needed in the division for good communication (such as a regular e-newsletter similar to what has been done at UWEX), unit summaries and current staff bios. Some final work on staff bios was assigned to Alan and Doug.

The business plan binders have been organized and summarized.

The plan is to submit all materials to Marv on February 1.
