- PIO: Heidi Zoerb is now holding office hours in Lowell every Wednesday morning.
- PIO will soon be changing its name to Marketing and Communication (MAC)
- Deans Office: Roger is leaving DCS to run Executive Education in the Business School. His job has been posted; no formal timeline about the process to replace him has been announced.

- Martin has contacted UFAS and ASPRO. ASPRO is definitely interested in participating in an informational brown bag; still no response from UFAS. He will continue to follow up, with the goal of scheduling the brown bag in the latter part of February.
- Action Items
- Miranda to organize Brown Bag session to discuss credit fees, changes, and how special groups are handled. (probably in March, after ASPRO/UFAS brown bag)
- Katy will discuss with Howard re-invigorating the informal policy of allowing DCS employees to attend DCS non-credit courses (with the consent of the instructor, and only if there is room),
- Miranda will follow up on some feedback from LSA regarding whether the notification of job status review made it into the LSA review process.
