    Access to information within the division

    Members had a long discussion about division information, access to that information, sources of information. Martin brought up the idea of including staff photos of division personnel on the Web; currently the ASSC staff have a page with their photos, but we noted that other people were reluctant to have photos made available.

    We also discussed a wish list for a new dean.
